Polyurethane Based Sealing (Gasket) Systems
PuroSeal FLT is a two-component water-based integral polyurethane system that is used by molding in filter production and poured into the area where sealing is required by the machine instead of traditional adhesive seals as a new technology in the gasketing process.
The filter elements are fixed to the filter frame with casting compounds (compact and hard foam). Frames are mostly made of thermoplastic plastic acrylonitrile - butadiene - styrene copolymer (ABS) or polystyrene (PS) as well as aluminium or medium density MDF.
PuroSeal FLT is a highly flowable, silicone-free and (if necessary) compact, two-component polyurethane casting systems. especially because it adheres well to ABS and PS, the junction bridge can be used as a supporting element that increases the stability of the filter elements. Filled foams are used to fix the filter part to the frame. For this purpose, PuroSeal FLT systems exhibit high mechanical strength, wear-resistant surfaces, very good adhesion properties and high chemical resistance.
PuroSeal FLT group products can also be produced with special formulations suitable for customer needs.

Puroseal PVC
PuroSeal PVC is a PVC Plastisol-based liquid product with a rubber-like closed cell sponge structure that has been expanded with a short-term heat effect. They cure by spraying where applied. They adhere to the surface it is applied to (usually the lid) and act as a seal at the point of contact with the lid.

Puroseal INJ
Polyurethane Based Waterproofing Systems
Puroseal INJ is a one-component, polyurethane based waterproofing material that reacts with water with low viscosity and closed cells. It is specially designed to cut water cannons leaking from cracks in concrete surfaces.

- In injection systems of dry and moist cracks,

Puroseal BTM
PuroSeal BTM are polyurethane-bitumen based, fast drying, super elastic liquid waterproofing and coating materials with one or two component types. These products, which have excellent resistance to hot and cold, can be used up to 80 ° C easily, but they also maintain their resistance up to 200 ° C during sudden warming, at the same time, they have the ability to maintain their flexibility up to -40 ° C cold. PuroSeal BTM products that can be applied on many surfaces from concrete to plaster, metal to mosaic, bridging feature against cracks that may occur on the applied surfaces.It is also perfect with. Puroseal SUU are self-dispersing, liquid applied, solvent-free Polyurethane based waterproofing membranes and coating systems. Our polyurethane based roofing products, which are composed of different formulations and components according to the density of human traffic and the climatic conditions of the application, have ultraviolet heat, high mechanical and chemical resistance and can be applied on all roof and terrace surfaces with elastomeric properties. They are long-lasting due to jointless, monolithic structure, that is, they do not have a joint, they can be cleaned with detergents and solvents, they provide hygienic environments.
