Polyurea is a new generation waterproofing and floor covering material that does not contain solvents and volatile substances (VOC), which is applied with two different component spray polyurea machines. It can be applied in any thickness, while providing smoothness on polyurea applied surfaces. Polyurea, which has a flexible structure and maintains its life for a long time, is a type of insulation application that takes place with a 100% reaction without solvent. Polyurea as a hardener It is a waterproofing application system that is formed by the chemical reaction of substances such as isocyanate and synthetic polyol, applied by spraying, and can be used on many surfaces with unlimited application thickness.

There are 3 different polyurea systems.

Purourea ARM, Aromatic polyurea systems have excellent mechanical and thermal resistance, but they do not have UV resistance. The surface changes color in sunlight.

Purourea ALF, Aliphatic polyurea systems are UV resistant systems. The surface does not change color when exposed to the sun or artificial light.

Purourea ASP, Polyaspartic polyurea systems are polyurea systems with excellent high impact, abrasion, chemical resistance and UV resistance.

Purourea ARM does not contain a catalyst is the first feature that can be listed among the aromatic polyurea properties. It is 100% solid material with no liquid content and does not contain VOCs. It is completely odourless so that it does not contain volatile organic substances. It is an aromatic product that stands out because it is open to extremely fast and practical uses. It has polyurea properties. It realizes temperature stability at an excellent level. It can be used in both thin and thick coating applications upon request. Resistant adhesive strength is manifested in many different structures. You can find the same adhesion strength not only in concrete and ceramic products, but also in metal and wood products. Its flexibility is also very high. It is resistant to corrosion by sea water and is suitable for use in these areas as well. It has excellent chemical, impact and abrasion resistance.

Purourea ALF

Purourea ALF are compounds containing di-isocyanate and polyamide in aliphatic structure (compounds in branched or straight chain skeleton structure where atoms in their molecular structures are covalently bonded to each other). Due to its molecular structure with this feature, it is highly resistant to the sun or any artificial light source. When aliphatic polyurea is overexposed to a light source, they retain their color and lifetime for many years. Polyurea materials have a very high resistance to water. Therefore, aliphatic polyurea is generally used safely in all coating applications for insulation purposes.

Purourea ALF is easy to apply and ready to use immediately after application. It is flexible, but it can be easily repaired in case of tearing and deformation. Water permeability is '0'. Aliphatic polyurea coatings are much higher quality and longer lasting than alternative coating methods.

Purourea ASP

Polyurea Systems

Purourea ASP is a 2-component, UV resistant, 100% colour stability, pure polyurea system in polyaspartic structure. It is a polyurea floor coating system obtained from new generation aliphatic polymers that allows the desired floor covering due to its colour protection due to its UV resistance. It is different from spray polyurea systems in terms of application and performance. This system can be used directly as a thin coating, or it can be applied as a top coat on existing coatings. In addition, it can be applied to increase the corrosion resistance of industrial structures. It has high scratch and impact resistance. After the product dries completely, it creates a glossy and smooth finish. It can be applied to the floor with a roller, brush or airless system.
